Polyester spinning
1. FDY (filament): the single fiber is parallel, smooth and even, with large bright, bright, half bright, and the extinction brightness is getting weaker and weaker
2. DTY (elastic wire): single fiber bending, low expansion, fluffy
3. DTY network yarn (low elastic network yarn): there are stage network points to increase the ability of fiber bundle (divided into no net, light net, medium net, heavy net, among which heavy net can be used as pulp free yarn). In general, FDY and DTY must be starched or twisted before they can be used as warp threads
Sizing: increase the strength of the silk thread and the cohesion between the fibers, so that the surface of the fiber is smooth and easy to weave
Twisting: to increase the strength and cohesion between fibers, so that the fabric has crepe effect
Twist: (T) the number of twists per centimeter of silk thread

4. POY (pre oriented yarn): it can be extended without springback. It can not be used as warp or weft separately. It must be compounded with other yarns and can be extended by 1.6 times. POY yarn is a semi-finished product of low elastic network yarn. Typical fabric: washed velvet
5. ATY (air textured yarn): the surface is not smooth and hairy, typical fabric: Tower velvet
6. Polyester staple fiber: multi staple fiber is twisted along the axial direction
7. Polyester slub yarn: it is made of filament and low elastic yarn by twisting, and the speed of elastic bead is slow
8. High elastic yarn: high elasticity and fluffy
9. Polyester cationic yarn: it can produce two-color effect with ordinary polyester yarn, easy to dye and bright color
Nylon (PA) or nylon nylon nylon (n)
The strength is very good, even more than the steel wire of the same fineness
2. Wear resistance is very good, more than other textile fibers, suitable for sportswear, socks, parachute, cable
3. Poor water absorption, moisture regain 4%, easy to static electricity, fuzzing and pilling
4. It is alkali resistant but acid resistant, and 37.5% hydrochloric acid can be dissolved
5. It has good corrosion resistance, poor water resistance, poor light resistance and heat resistance, and its strength decreases after long exposure to the sun and turns yellow
6. The clothing made of nylon is easy to deform and wrinkle
Spinning form: Main FDY, ATY
Spandex (PU)
Properties: it can stretch 500-800%, with low strength, sweat resistance, sea water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. It can not be used as warp and weft yarn alone, but must be coated with other silk yarns
Spandex coating forms are: empty package, machine package
Sea island composite wire: it is a composite wire made of Sea Island silk and high shrinkage silk mixed fiber network
High shrinkage yarn: shrinkage of 35% in boiling water (so suede yield is high)
Sea Island silk: superfine fiber, single fiber up to 0.138
Polypropylene fiber
Also known as polypropylene fiber, including short fiber, filament and split film fiber. Polypropylene membrane fiber is made of polypropylene film, and then the film is stretched to form a network of fibrils.
R viscose fiber
1. The chemical composition of cotton is the same as that of cotton, and its performance is close to that of cotton
2. Better moisture absorption than cotton, easy dyeing, bright dyeing, good color fastness
3. The wet strength is low, which is 40-60% of the dry strength. The elasticity and wear resistance of the wet state are poor. The viscose fabric is not resistant to washing and the dimensional stability is poor

Acetate fiber
1. Moisture regain 6%, semi hydrophobic fiber
2. The strength is not good enough, the luster of silk is general, and the handle is smooth
3. Soft, easy to deform, poor wear resistance
4. Compared with viscose, acetate fiber has low strength, poor hygroscopicity, poor dyeability, hand feel, elasticity, luster and warmth retention
